Be sure your project is eligible for prizes by following the requirements and integrating the IQVIA HealthCare Locator SDK (can be downloaded for free at https://www.healthcarelocator.com/en/pricing).

Deadline for COVID-19 Healthcare App Challenge extended to July 9th!

We are extending the submission deadline because we have received a lot of great sumbissions that we cannot currently consider because they don't use the IQVIA HealthCare Locator SDK in their projects as stated in the requirements. We hope that you will use this extra time to improve your projects and, if you have submitted already, resubmit any work that did not include the SDK!

You now have until Friday, July 9th @ 6 PM ET to submit your hackathon project on Devpost.

Don’t miss the Office Hours today!

Before jumping into the final weekend of the submission period, the IQVIA team is hosting an Office Hour session to help you finish your projects.  Don’t forget - submissions are due by Monday June 28, 2021 @ 6:00pm EDT.

Don’t forget!

One of the main requirements for this challenge is to use the HealthCare Locator SDK. Any applications submitted that do not leverage the SDK are ineligible to win so if you are working on an app that you have already partly built, check out the HealthCare Locator SDK webpage to get some ideas about how you can incorporate it in your Project.

Start thinking about your video

Less than two weeks left to enter your submission to the COVID-19 Healthcare App Challenge.  Submissions are due by 6 PM ET on June 28, 2021.

Your video is a major component of your submission. Here are some helpful tips for you to plan, create, and publish a winning video.

Get organized. Write out a script of what you need to say and demonstrate in your video and rehearse it before recording to be sure it is under 2 minutes. A good script should include:

  • Your elevator pitch of why you built your project.
  • A demo of your project
