Documentation HealthCare Locator JS SDK

To integrate the HCL JS SDK you need to use https://static.healthcarelocator.com/v1/hcl-sdk-web-ui/hcl-sdk.js instead of https://cdn.healthcarelocator.com/hcl-sdk/hcl-sdk.js which is not correct. Our documentation has been updated accordingly.
